BENEFITS
Environmental Comfort
The ideal temperature for the optimum comfort of a building's users
is around 20°C (70°F): lower temperatures decrease comfort while higher
levels lead to energy waste.
Since 80% of warm or cold air is dispersed through the walls and the
roof, correct planning of these elements is very important to ensure
the thermal insulation of the building. This renders the building
more comfortable in both the summer and winter months, whilst also
saving energy used for cooling the environment (it must be remembered
that cooling systems consume more energy than heating systems).
